Terms of service

SheetVideo is made and operated by DataRill SP, Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Write to hello@sheetvideo.com about anything here.

1. What this covers

These terms cover the SheetVideo application (in your browser, and the earlier desktop version), this website, and the SheetVideo Pro subscription. Using any of them means you accept them. “We” is DataRill SP, Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina; “you” is whoever is using SheetVideo.

2. The free application

SheetVideo is free to use, with no time limit. Exporting video needs a free account. Free exports are standard quality, up to 60 seconds each, and carry a “Made with SheetVideo.com” mark; there is no limit on how many you make. You may use the app and its exports commercially. You may not resell it, redistribute modified builds, or remove the mark from a preview or an export by any means other than subscribing.

3. SheetVideo Pro

SheetVideo Pro is a subscription, €8.99 per month or €89.90 per year, which removes the “Made with SheetVideo” mark from the preview and from exports, and unlocks full-length exports, high quality, and exporting every marked clip in one batch. It renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

SheetVideo Pro is tied to your account. Sign in on as many of your own machines as you like; sharing the account beyond your own use ends the subscription without a refund.

A Pro export requires a working internet connection, because your subscription is confirmed with our server each time an export starts. Everything else in SheetVideo, free exports included, works offline.

4. Your work is yours

Everything you write, import, or export with SheetVideo belongs to you. We claim no licence over your scores, your recordings, or the videos you export, and files you have already exported stay yours and keep working if your subscription ends. SheetVideo does not upload your work anywhere.

You are responsible for having the right to use the music and the recordings you put into it.

5. Payment

Payments are taken by Dodo Payments, who act as merchant of record and are responsible for the transaction, the invoice and any applicable VAT. Prices shown include VAT.

6. Refunds

A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase, on request via the contact page. This is in addition to any statutory right of withdrawal you have as a consumer in the EU.

7. What is not promised

SheetVideo is provided as it is. Alignment quality depends on your recording and your score, and no particular accuracy is guaranteed on any particular material — which is exactly why the whole app is free to try before you pay. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the twelve months before a claim.

8. Changes

These terms may change; material changes will be announced on this page with a new date. Price changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the courts of Banja Luka have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the law where you live: rights your own country gives you that cannot be signed away, you keep.
